就労移行支援
就労移行支援は、雇用の前段階として、就労へのスキル、就職活動のスキル、就労のある生活リズム、一般社会常識等の訓練を行い、就労支援員の支援を受けて就職、職場定着を目指す就労支援事業です。
こころの就労移行支援は、”就職塾こころ”として、短期間で就職を目指すプログラムを実行しています。そのために、入所時に入念なヒアリングを行い、個人の持つスキルと希望する職種などからキャリアプランニングを作成し、3ヶ月、6ヶ月、12ヶ月の各コースを選択することで、卒業、就職の明確なタイムスケジュールの目標を持って訓練を行います。
就労移行支援は、原則2年間の期間限定で受けられる福祉サービスではありますが、更に”就職塾こころ”では、タイムスケジュールを作成することで、効率的にカリキュラムを習得し、就職へとつなげています。
また、訓練内容は、座学学習と体験学習が主体で、軽作業などの作業系訓練はありません。
就職活動をひとりで行い、また、働き続けるということは、なかなか心細いところもあるかと思いますが、”就職塾こころ”では、常に就労支援員がサポートし、希望の職種の求人情報を引き出す「職場開拓」、本人と企業双方の調整を行う「就労支援」、働き続けられる環境を作る「職場定着」という3つの支援を全力で行います。
Support for Continuous Employment for People with Disabilities (Employment Promotion)
This is a promoting employment program to encourage people with disabilities to find their preferred work place and keep a contract with the company where they want to work as a preparation to be hired at a work place by providing a variety of supporting services to participants such as educating work skill and experience, giving advice to improve a daily life with work schedule, lecturing a business manner and so on.
We found a preparation coaching school, Cocoro-Juku, as our support of Employment Promotion Program which helps participants to be hired in a short term. In order to achieve our support for the purpose of helping them to enter their preferred work place, we elaborately interview new participants at the first visit, and provide their career planning based on their skills and experiences. We provide one of three different terms of courses among three months, half year, or one year for the participant, aiming to train themselves to create their time management plan in order to enter a company where they want to enter.
In general, Support of Continuous Employment Promotion for People with Disabilities is a governmental social welfare service limited for 2 years. In addition, we are attempting to give our participants to find an easier path to their work place by planning a clear blueprint, learning their skills from curriculum, and getting ready for a new work place.
Unlike many other training facilities for people with disabilities which train them to perform simple work, we have rather a lot of lectures and orientation to experience at a work place than a series of simple work.
It is possibly hard for a person with disabilities who does not have any assistance to find a work place and keep working at the same work by themselves. We, “Cocoro-Juku,” always have instructors to help the participants and effectively support them by giving 3 supportive plans, a support of job searching, support of employment, and support of keeping a continuous contract. In the support of job searching, we encourage the participants to find an effective way to find their preferred work place. In the support of employment we consult both the participants and a company to find the most compromised agreement between them. Finally in the support of keeping a continuous contract with a company, we support them in order to create their preferred work environment.
취로 이행 지원
취로 이행 지원은 고용 앞단계로서 취로에의 스킬,취직활동의 스킬,취로가 있는 생활 리듬,일반사회상식등의 훈련을 해서,취로지원원의 지원을 받아서 취직,직장정착을 목표로 하는 지원 사업입니다.
코코로의 취로 이행 지원은 “취직 학원 코코로”로서 짧은 기간으로 취직을 목표로 하는 프로그램을 실행하고 있습니다.입소시에 꼼꼼한 히어링을 해서 개인이 가지는 스킬과 희망하는 직종 등으로부터 커리어 계획을 작서해서 3개월,6개월,12개월의 각 코스를 선택하는 것으로 졸업,취직의 명확한 타임 스케줄의 목표를 가지고 훈련을 합니다.
취로 이행 지원은 원칙 2년간의 기간 한정으로 받을 수 있는 복지 서비스입니다만 그 위에 “취직 학원 코코로”에서는 타임 스케줄을 작성하는 것으로 효율적으로 커리큘럼을 습득해서 취직에로 연결하고 있습니다.
또 훈련내용은 좌학 학습과 체험 학습이 주체로 경작업 등의 작업계 훈련은 없습니다.
취직활동을 혼자 해,또,계속해서 일한다고 하는 것은 상당히 불안한 것도 있을 것인가라고 셍각합니다만 “취직 학원 코코로”에서는 항상 취로지원원이 서포트해 희망의 직주의 구인모집을 끌어 내는 “직장개척”,본인과 기업쌍방의 조정을 하는 “취로지원”,계속해서 일할 수 있는 환경을 만두는 “직장정착”,이라는 3개의 지원을 전력으로 합니다.
就业转移支援
作为雇用上阶段,敝就业转移支援进行例如提高操作电脑能力和社会生活技能等的向就业的以及学习一般社会常识等的训练,还有例如工作单位参观或体验和角色扮演训练和积累对就业的各种经验,而且改善就业中的生活节奏。
因此利用者各位受到我们支援员的支援,结局我们是以利用者各位工作单位稳定为目标的就业支援事业。
关于“cocoro”的就业转移支援,作为“就只塾cocoro”,实行以短期找到工作为目标的计划。为此有障碍的诸位入进敝就业转移支援事业所的时候,我们精心地面谈,根据个人具有的工艺跟希望职业的种类,作工作经历计划。然后由于选择3个月,6个月,12个月的各课程,因而我们设定毕业或就业等的明确的预定计划表进行训练。

但是我们“就只塾cocoro”的就业支援员经常支援利用者各位。
